BoxWorks

I assisted in the visual direction for a BOX event, creating cohesive design concepts for the venue and adapting visuals across multiple screens. This included mockups of the physical space and large LED stage displays, as well as TV screens around the venue. Working with provided Figma assets and original designs, I recreated and adapted graphics in Illustrator for animation, collaborated with the animator to bring them to life, and art directed the motion to ensure consistency and impact across all formats.

VENUE & ENVIRONMENT MOCKUPS

I translated design concepts into mockups of the event space, exploring layouts, color treatments, and visual hierarchy to showcase how the brand and event visuals would appear in the physical environment. These mockups helped guide the overall design direction and informed the creation of graphics for screens and displays.

THE LED SCREEN

The event featured a massive LED wall measuring 11,520 by 1,728 pixels, roughly 64 feet wide by 9.6 feet tall, creating a striking centerpiece for the stage. The screen had a subtle bow, requiring designs to work from multiple angles and for attendees on both sides. Graphics were treated as a single cohesive display or split into two sections when needed, ensuring the visuals felt continuous and readable across the wide format. Design adjustments were made to accommodate the curvature, scale, and viewing distance, maintaining clarity and impact for every attendee.

LED SLIDES

A selection of slides designed for the large LED wall, showcasing graphics, messaging, and layouts adapted for the stage format. These designs translate the event’s visual identity into dynamic, readable visuals for attendees across the venue.

INTERSTITIAL SLIDES

A series of slides designed for TV screens, break-out rooms, and floating displays between sessions. They guided attendees between experiences, reinforced key messages, and ensured a smooth, engaging flow from one session to the next.
